Cable Melbourne is dedicated to providing high-quality garments and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Cable Melbourne tags still securely attached.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet or scheduled courier pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched.
